Headshot Pricing:
Please read the following information carefully as it will give you
all the details you need to know before your photo session.
Designed for individuals seeking a solid professional headshot for use in all media, print or online.
Standard background colors: White, Warm Gray and Black, other colors can be requested and a full list
will be presented prior to your session for you to pick from.
Additional cost may apply.
Headshot Package 1: $245.00
The Session
• Shooting time up to 1 hour
• 2 high resolution, retouched final images
• Hair and Makeup not included. If requested: Women’s fee $175.00, Men, $125.00, (paid at time of session confirmation)
Headshot Package 2: $325.00
The Session
• Shooting time up to 1 hour
• 3 high resolution, retouched final images
• Hair and Makeup not included. If requested: Women’s fee $175.00, Men, $125.00, (paid at time of session confirmation)
Headshot Package 3: $400.00
The Session
• Shooting time up to 1.5 hours
• Up to 5 high resolution, retouched final images
• Hair and Makeup not included. If requested: Women’s fee $175.00, Men, $125.00, (paid at time of session confirmation)
• There is a 50% deposit required to book a session, this is non-refundable and is applied towards the total session price

• Additional post processing & retouching: $75.00 per hr.
• Note: If you would like additional unedited images in addition to your session package the cost is $45.00 per image.
Retouching
Once you've chosen the photos you would like to move forward with, we will perform basic retouching which includes, color correction, basic skin clean-up and file management. If additional retouching is required there is a $75.00 per hour rate applied, a cost estimate will be given to client for approval.
Hair & Makeup/Clothing
Women:
Makeup is highly recommended for all women. The cost is $175.00* for makeup and includes hair help. We ask that everyone come in with their hair ready the way you would like to present yourself. We want your hair in your pictures to be as close as possible to the way you look on a fantastic hair day. Make sure you discuss your make-up needs with us prior to your session, so we are all on the same page.
Men:
We don't recommend makeup on men, but if requested the cost is $125.00. All our work is retouched afterwards, so any blemishes will be taken care of during that process.
Facial Hair:
If you’d like to shoot with facial hair we’d be happy for you to come in with whatever level of growth
you’d like.
Clothing:
Feel free to bring a range of different options. If you have any doubt about whether something will work or not just bring it along. We love textures and layers as well. Studs or small earrings work and simple necklaces, anything hanging or chunky will usually draw too much attention in a headshot. Have some fun with this, if you feel your wardrobe is missing something then go shopping and we'll keep the tags on it in case you’d like to return the items after the shoot. We have a steamer in the studio, so we'll be able to easily sort out any wrinkling for you.
Scheduling and Payments
Session Scheduling:
We are available for shooting Monday through Friday, 10am-4pm.
Travel/Location Sessions:
For sessions that require travel to your home or another outside location, i.e. office/hotel, a fee of $50.00 will be charged.
Hotel cost is the responsibility of client.
Non-Refundable Deposit:
A 50% non-refundable deposit of the session fee is required upon booking and scheduling a session. However, if we have not received payment prior to your scheduled session, the photo session will be canceled or rebooked upon clients direction.
